Description

Shrijap.com Presents a Narmada stone Jalhari made to give your Shivling its rightful seat. The Jalhari, also called Jaladhari or Arghya, is the sacred base that holds the Shivling and carries away the water of abhishek through its spout. It stands for Shakti, the divine feminine, and together with the Shivling it shows the union of Shiv and Shakti, from whom all creation flows. Carved from the same holy Narmada stone that Lord Shiva is believed to have blessed, this 4 inch Shivling base weighs about 490-550 grams, so it sits firmly during puja. It suits a Narmadeshwar Shivling of about 2 inches. Choose it to replace a worn base or to build your own Shivling set.
