Asth Dhatu Baglamukhi Mahayantram

Shrijap.com Presents the Asth Dhatu Baglamukhi Mahayantram, a sacred yantra dedicated to Goddess Baglamukhi, one of the ten Mahavidyas. She is worshipped as the goddess who "stops" or silences harmful forces, and devotees turn to her for protection from enemies, hurdles, and legal troubles. Her colour is yellow, which is why this golden yantra is closely linked with her worship.

The plate is shaped as a rounded square with a small loop at the top, so it can be hung on a wall or door as well as kept on an altar. The title "Shri Baglamukhi Mahayantram" runs across the top in raised Devanagari. At the centre, a six-pointed star holds the sacred beej "Hreem", inside a ring of lotus petals and a stepped square frame with mantra lines on all four sides. The fine, pebbled background gives the surface a rich, hand-finished look. Made in Ashtadhatu, the alloy of eight metals long preferred for sacred objects, it measures 3.5 inches square and has a solid feel at 65-68 grams.
