Asth Dhatu Baglamukhi Yantra - Heavy

Shrijap.com Presents the Asth Dhatu Baglamukhi Yantra - Heavy, a thick, weighty yantra dedicated to Goddess Baglamukhi, one of the ten Mahavidyas. She is worshipped as the goddess who silences harmful forces, and devotees turn to her for protection from enemies, hurdles, and legal troubles. Her colour is yellow, so a golden yantra suits her worship well.

At 200-240 grams, this piece is much heavier than a standard 3.5 inch plate, and the difference is easy to feel in the hand. The slab is thick, with a smooth, raised border around a finely textured face. The title "Shri Baglamukhi Yantra" sits across the top in raised Devanagari. At the centre, a six-pointed star holds the sacred beej "Hreem" and "Om", surrounded by a ring of mantra lines and a stepped square frame. Made in Ashtadhatu, the alloy of eight metals long preferred for sacred objects, this yantra is meant to stand steady on an altar and last for generations of worship.
