Description

Shrijap.com Presents the Shighra Vivah Yantra, a colourful framed yantra made for families who are praying for a happy, timely marriage. Under a banner of green, blue and red with two swastik signs, the yantra opens like a quiet prayer. A bright yellow six-pointed star sits at the centre with a glowing ॐ at its heart. The bij letter "Kleem" is written in every point. Layered lines in red, green and blue wind around it like a sacred path.

Above the star, a Sanskrit verse is printed for prayer. A second verse rests on a deep blue strip at the bottom. The soft cream background has a Bhojpatra feel, in keeping with the tradition of writing yantras on birch bark.

In tradition, families pray to Goddess Parvati and Katyayani Devi for a happy marriage and a good life partner. Many people also worship on Thursday, which is ruled by Jupiter. A dark golden-bordered frame holds the print. Place it in your pooja room or a peaceful prayer corner. Following Vastu belief, the north or east side is preferred. It also makes a heartfelt gift for a family waiting for good news.
