Shrijap.com Presents the Sughosh Shankh, a natural conch shell of the species Turbinella pyrum, shaped by the sea and chosen for the pooja room. In the Mahabharata, Sughosh was the name of the conch carried by Nakula, one of the Pandava brothers. The name means a sweet, clear sound. This blowing shankh carries that spirit forward with a deep, steady note that fills the home at dawn and dusk.

Measuring 6.5 to 7.5 inches and weighing 300 to 350 gm, it is easy to hold and comfortable to blow during aarti. How to Use

Rinse the shankh gently in clean water or Gangajal. Do not use soap or chemicals.
Place it on a clean cloth in your pooja room. Never keep it directly on the floor.
Light a diya and incense, then chant "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya".
After bathing, blow the shankh before and after your aarti.
